Fog in the future

Limbo.
If ever, the near future is completely uncertain.
No path can be seen, as far as can be watched in the future, in the melee that give glimmers of the possible events.
This could happen.
That could happen.
Anything could happen.

Of course, isn't this always the case?
Never are we sure what will happen in the future.
But once a life has become stable and is in a certain rhythm, unexpected events are surprises and out of the ordinary.

Lives can become unstable due to circumstances.
For example, on Thursday is a flight to catch from Katowice in Poland to Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
But it is snowing and not a little bit.
Disrupting flights, trains and cars.
Therefore it is uncertain if the journey can be made on Thursday.

And then?
More circumstances surround to fog the future.
Making it unknown what will happen.
Circumstances of much more importance and far reaching impact than a plane being cancelled.
That may fly later.

There is only one strategy to remain stable and not to be disrupted by uncertainty.
And that is to stay in the moment.
To be optimal in the here and now and let the things come as they wish to enter the reality of life.
Therefore the choir sings:

"Welcome, welcome, whatever wants to come".

The sweet one

One genre of music we call: “classical”.
Dating from the 1700’s and 1800’s.
Played by pianists and symphonic orchestras.
We know names of composers like Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Grieg, Verdi, Chopin and Mahler.
Not to forget Strauss and Wagner.

All these composers were able to write down the music they were hearing in their head.
On paper with a pen.
Therefore we can still listen and hear the music they wrote.

At the time, there was no way to tape the music they wrote.
No recording devices.
Like the gramophone.
Or a tape recorder.

But they had developed ways to give precise instructions how their music should be played.
With a margin of interpretation for the conductor and musician.

This is why we are in a situation that we can listen to, for example, piano music by Frederic Chopin.
But we don’t really know if Frederic Chopin agrees to the way his music is being played.

But Frederic Chopin is at the cemetery of Pere Lachaise in Paris and has no more saying anyway.

Nowadays we have a completely different situation.
Take a classical modern song like “Good vibrations” by the Beach Boys.
This music is made using all the possibilities of the recording techniques.
Therefore “Good vibrations” stands by itself.
Somebody else could perform it also, but it will never be the same.
That doesn’t matter because we have “Good vibrations” well recorded and we can hear it by radio, TV, iPod and CD.

This fact has a consequence for, let’s say, a century from now.

When we want to hear music from 100 years ago, we hear nothing.
The closest we can come is to play it ourselves based on written notes left behind.

But when people living 100 years from now, in 2109, want to hear music of our days, they can actually hear it.
And any effort on their behalves to play it themselves will always be a poor imitation.

Now, alert fervent and loyal blog readers may stand up, raise their hands and when getting the floor, say: “But this also goes for pictures and films!!!”

This is a very good remark.
We do have paintings and drawings of the time before photography and film started to document life.
But those paintings and drawings were interpretations.
No true documentation of the reality of those days.

We don’t know that much about the past.
Because it was not so well documented.

But in 100 years, not only can they hear “Good vibrations”, but also they can see in detail how we were living.
What will they think of us seeing the images of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan: the slaughtering and butchering of people and animals going on these days?

Good for us that next year the photo book “The most beautiful people in the world” will be published.
So in 100 years they also see another side of us: the sweet one.

Are you from Pluto?

Yesterday was not only the name day of cousin Jerzek but also the very birthday of your faithful blogwriter.
Thank you very much.

The party for these two important events is on Saturday therefore yesterday a dinner with a small group of family members took place in a traditional Polish restaurant in a nearby village.

One of the persons present was 23-year-old Tomek, the son of cousin Jerzek.

With Tomek always-interesting conversations take place because the lad is brilliant in many ways.

Yesterday we talked about the fact that it is undeniable that aliens surround us.
Who observe and watch us.

This very well known fact was not the source of the excitement the conversation was causing.
Because every sensible person knows of the presence of aliens among us.

No, fervent and loyal blog readers, the flash in the pan was the question raised in this conversation whether or not the disputants maybe themselves are in fact mutants.

Now that is an interesting point of view and we may wonder how many fervent and loyal blog readers have ever been asking themselves this question:
Am I or am I not an alien?

The discussion with Tomek was mostly about the strategy of aliens.
How exactly do they mutate with us?
Most importantly on a psychological level.

It could very well be that in case you are an alien, you will vehemently deny this.
But that this is a protection device implanted in your brains by your brothers and sisters aliens.
Revealing your true nature, background and family, will put you in a most risky situation.
From science fiction films made in Hollywood we know that whenever aliens openly come to earth, they are massacred and terminated by us.
Even if their intentions were peaceful and friendly.
Besides, when the alien looks from the window from her spaceship and sees earth and the way we live here together, not very likely will you land and shake hands.
To the contrary, you will take good care that these violent, bloodthirsty, cruel and vicious human beings do not notice you are around, right?

Hence, it is very possible that the blogwriter, Tomek and even the fervent and loyal blog reader like you are, might be aliens in disguise.
Transmitting data to home base how the people of the earth are slowly destroying themselves and the planet.

However, we must realize that the aliens are a little bit over cautious.
Because in fact it is no problem to simply openly say that you are an alien.
As a matter of fact, one of the candidates that applied to participate in the project “The most beautiful people in the world” wrote a letter claiming he was an alien.
You can just say it and nothing happens.
Try it out.
Come out of the space closet!
Reveal to the cashier girl in Wal*Mart where you shop today that you are an alien.
You’ll experience that nothing will happen and that everything will be all right.

However, if you publicly insist too much in your revelation that you are from Pluto, you may end up in a mental hospital.
Or in a dog shelter.

speeding sequences

A long time friend is Reeves Callaway who many fervent and loyal blog readers may know for his racing cars.
And the special version he makes of the Chevrolet Corvette.

Reeves lives in this amazing house in Laguna Beach, California, USA and quality time was spent there with him.

Besides reminiscing the past, now covering 29 years and many beloved ones, there were fascinating exchanges of opinions about different subjects.
About art and creativity.
And about the future.

For example, how will cars look like in 20 to 50 years from now.
Reeves Callaway, an expert in this matter, believes that eventually cars will be electrical.
And will have four engines.
Each wheel will have its own electrical motor.
Steering will change too.
The wheels will be in a fixed position: there is no steering mechanism as we have now.
Going to the left or the right is controlled by a computer that directs the wheels.
Turning left makes the wheels on the left turn backwards and the wheels on the right turn forwards.
This in total synchronisation with speed.

Another prediction is based on the surprising fact that only 20 % of the roads is actually occupied by cars.
80 % is free and open.
These amazing results are based on the space in between cars.
Even in a traffic jam, the space between cars is unused and totalling to an impressive percentage.

Reeves Callaway sees in the future cars equipped with radars that detect how close other cars and objects are.
And based on those observations control the distance to another car or object.
The driver will have nothing to do with this.
No decisions need to be made when to brake and how close one drives behind another car.
Through this system the roads can be used in a more optimal way.

These thoughts and ideas are progressive and visionary.
No wonder.

Infinity embedded in wholeness

Kathleen was with her sister outside the house.
When they were children in Southern California, USA.
Suddenly they saw a flying saucer coming from over the mountain hill.
A round metal object they immediately recognized as a spaceship of aliens.
The two girls screamed at each other.
Totally surprised by what they saw and also very afraid.
They saw the flying saucer moving above a lake nearby and then slowly landing.
And then sinking into the water of the lake.
By that time the father of the two young girls had come and saw the incredible event as well.

None of them ever spoke of what they had seen.
Until 35 years later the two sisters met and Kathleen asked her sister if she remembered they had been seeing a flying saucer when children.
Of course I remember, the sister replied.
But why did you never talk about it, Kathleen asked.
Because nobody would believe us, the sister said.

Kathleen told this story last night in the GMC truck on the way back from a Bluegrass Concert in Wynola, California.
While an immense sky was above speckled with billions of stars.

Next the story was told of a recent new way of thinking concerning the infinity of the universe.
We as human beings cannot imagine what is infinity.
Therefore we cannot get it in our minds how big the universe is.
We want it to have an end somewhere.
Like in the pre-medieval times when it was believed that the earth was flat.
When it was thought that if a boat would sail too long to the west, it would fall off the earth.
Nowadays we struggle with the size of the universe.
For our peace of mind, to calm our worries and need to know, we would like to be able to see the end of the universe.
A wall or a door or an abyss: in any case, something that gives it an end.
The new theory about the infinity of the universe is this:
standing here on earth, travelling in one direction, eventually we come to the same place where we started.
With the universe it is the same thing.
If we go in a direction in the universe, eventually we arrive where we started.
This goes, like on earth, no matter what direction you go.
As long as you travel in one line.

Now, in the GMC truck was also Nancy.
And she asked: what is around the journey you make in the universe?
Because you are located in something.
In the universe.
If you travel on earth in one direction consistently, this journey takes place in a space.
The same for travelling in the universe.

This is a new complication for the human thinking.
Some concept of infinity can be grasped by imagining the wholeness through consistent travel ending where it began.
But in what is that wholeness then?

The answer that was found is vague: the 4th dimension surrounds the wholeness.

By that time the friends in the GMC truck had arrived back in Ramona, California.
Where the journey had started.

The be-all and end-all.

Persons living permanently in an RV see the world through a mesh.
This is because the windows are having bug screens.
Tiny little squares that divide the reality around the RV in a matrix.

What not many permanent RV travellers know is that these squares of the bug screen are flexible.
This in a metaphorical and figurative way.
The field of squares can twist and turn so they become deformed and reshape.
This effect is the result either coming from the inside or from the outside.

A good example of the RV matrix bending and reshaping was two nights ago.
Dinner was with Ashley in the Sizzler restaurant.

Eating in a place like the Sizzler is a matrix deforming to begin with.
Sizzler is a chain of restaurants all over the USA and all of them are identical.
Same interior and the same food.
This makes one detach from knowing where one is.
Once somebody is inside a Sizzler, one is not in Wyoming, Connecticut or Oregon anymore.
But one has entered a universal reality free from any characteristic of location.
The same phenomenon exists with a chain of restaurants like McDonalds.
Because McDonalds is offering their food worldwide, the above-described effect is even stronger.
One can be in Tokyo, Mumbai or New York.
But once inside a McDonald a general universe has been entered.

Another twisting of the thousands of squares holding the reality came of information Ashley was giving.
Ashley has a dog.
By itself, this is nothing unusual.
It is a pit-bull terrier.
Not too unusual either.
Ashley uses, when walking her pit-bull, K-Mart shopping bags to clean up after her dog.
Is economic, correct, understandable and appreciated.
However, she told that twice a day she brushes the teeth of her dog.
Ashley uses special toothbrushes for dogs and mint flavoured toothpaste because she likes the smell herself.
Now, this makes the matrix twist into trapeziums.
A dog that gets his teeth brushed?
How absurd can the world get?

Last night another amazing shape formed in the matrix.
At a dinner was a woman who had two young children and two horses.
But her husband had died two years ago.
Sitting in a pick-up truck, a tree had fallen right on his car and crushed him to death.
That is a rectangle of tragedy and bad luck in the matrix.

The most interesting experience with the thousands of squares filtering reality into the mind of a permanent RV'er is early in the morning.
Very clear in the mind, peaceful in the heart, harmonious in the soul, seeing the world with the sun rising and the birds singing, with some effort it is possible to widen the squares of the grid.
Even widen them so far that everything exists in one big square only.
Reality undivided.
No waves in the screen.
No trapeziums and rectangles.

The being becoming just being.
The be-all and end-all.

Nothing from heaven

We can be absolutely sure now.
There are no intelligent and sophisticated forms of lives elsewhere in the universe.
No aliens coming to earth to communicate with us.

Why can we be so sure of that?

Imagine aliens manage to come to earth.
They are not going to land in the centre of Mumbai, Tokyo or New York.
The way they look, they will be massacred instantly.


Or becoming an instant star interviewed by Larry King loosing every opportunity to do serious research.
They will become a circus act.

No, fervent and loyal blog readers, when aliens come they will look for exquisite opportunities to meet earthlings in a most quiet and peaceful setting where no threats nor dangers can be expected.
Yes, fervent and loyal blog readers, the location where the Fuso Szulc is these days is such a place.
It is peaceful, no distractions, they can land on the beach and there are no dangers.
But most of all, they have the excellent opportunity to meet one earthling only.
Who is peaceful, not aggressive and who has a wide-open mind.
But most of all, it is an earthling with a public reputation.
Of course he will report on a possible encounter of the third kind.
But who will believe him?
He is in the business of making images that nobody believes are true representations of reality.
Like the “PS-series”.
So, when he reports that aliens came to visit “Estero del Tomate” in Mexico, people will shrug their shoulders and continue their own business.
This guarantees the total security for the aliens, as they will be thought of as a weird fantasy of the person they met.
Conclusion can only be that the proud owner of the Fuso Szulc is the perfect candidate to get a visit of aliens.

However, it has to be reported that over the last 25 days no alien has been knocking on the door of the Fuso Szulc.
The conclusion therefore must be that no life exists on other planets.
If they were there, they would have come.
They didn’t come, so they don’t exist.
It is as simple as that.

The same goes for God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and their friend Maria.
In the past they descended to Earth.
Jesus came about 2000 years ago to Israel.
And the Holy Spirit 9 months before that.

And many fervent and loyal blog readers will remember Bernadette Soubirous (1807-1871).


When she was 14 years old and collecting firewood in the South of France she saw, what she called afterwards, “a small young lady” standing in a niche of a rock.
This turned out to be Maria, the mother of Jesus.

Bernadette Soubirous met Maria 18 times and had conversations with her.
Miss Soubirous was supposed to inform the people they had to pray more.
Nowadays many people go and visit the place where this all happened: Lourdes.

For God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit or even Maria, “Estero del Tomate” where the Fuso Szulc is these days, is the perfect place to make an apparition.
It is very beautiful here and any “small young lady” suddenly appearing will be of course warmly welcomed.
And Maria and her friends are of course free to use the Datastorm Satellite System in the Fuso Szulc at no charge to contact the Pope in Rome and send possible other messages around the world.

But also concerning any religious miracle, the report is that over the last 25 days the only thing coming close to the Holy Spirit was a pelican that flew over the Fuso Szulc really low.
As the Holy Spirit is known for disguising himself as a bird, it might have been him checking out.

In any case, after new supplies will be purchased in La Paz tomorrow, a new period of about 25 days will be spend at “Estero del Tomate”.
So, the Aliens and the Holy Spirits are getting a second chance.

The Fuso Szulc is now ready to go to La Paz.
The encampment is temporarily out of existence.

“Hermaphroditism” and “Parthenogenesis”.

It must have been on the last and 6th day.
That these three men realized they had forgotten one thing while creating human beings.
They made them as they looked themselves.
And for the female they had the dubious idea to make her from the rib of the male.
But how were they supposed to reproduce themselves?
It was obviously forgotten.

No surprise because what kind of designing team wants to gain time by not sculpturing two different persons but make a second one quickly from a part of the first one?
That is not very professional.

Why did they force themselves to work with such a tight time limit of 6 days to begin with?
Was it all not so important to them maybe?
Were they creating another world with other beings for somewhere else the next week?

Anyway, we are stuck now with a clumsy job.
This whole idea to have creatures reproduce themselves using the genital organs is simply a very bad idea.
Exactly like a designer who forgets something and at the last moment comes up with a quick and easy solution.

How more simple it all could have been.
Even when completely forgotten, why not come up with the idea that putting a pink in an ear could do the fertilizing?
But no, they had a look at the newly created bodies and thought that the male and female genitals could very well serve a second purpose.

We have to live with it but we must not forget that we are free to use our bodies in a different way as was foreseen by its creators.
We can walk, but we can also decide to crawl.
We can sit down, but we can also decide to lie on our backs.

We can decide to use the genitals for what is their main purpose only.
And refuse to get them involved in other activities.
And plenty of people have made that choice.
Monks, single people, nuns, hermits, priests, saints and prisoners among them.

In a way they are right.
What a crazy idea it is that organs where awful smelling liquid passes through frequently, are supposed to be available for visits of other people.
It is like two persons having dinner in the toilet.

Now some may argue that the creators had no other options.
That it was the only and ideal solution.

But then we should look what evolution has done to certain kinds of fish.
There are fish in the ocean that fertilize in a much more sophisticated way than human beings are forced to do.
These fish swim calmly and quietly next to each other and gently rub the sides.
This rubbing of sides results in the female fish being fertilized.
Isn’t that romantic and sweet?
And hygienic as well?

Another way the fish have come up with is that the male releases his sperm into the water and these sperms look for the eggs themselves to fertilize them.
Clean, easy, dignified and no condoms needed.

In nature we find what would be the best for human beings as an improvement for the current unfortunate situation.
Rubbing sides is not really an option to research to see if this would be an effective method for humans.
After each trip by underground at peak hours, plenty of women will be pregnant.
And releasing sperm and eggs in the water would need a heated swimming pool each time.
Great for California, but what about Maine?

No, definitely the best new way for us is called “parthenogenesis”.
Not only fish can do this trick, but reptiles, water fleas, birds, sharks, bees and scorpions as well.
What is “parthenogenesis”?
It is an asexual form of reproduction.
Similar to how Maria got pregnant of her son Jesus.
The female is able to become pregnant by herself.
It doesn’t need a male at all.
Not even a white dove.

Great advantage of “parthenogenesis” is that all offspring is female.
If we would manage to engineer ourselves that the females of this world can get pregnant by themselves giving birth to girls only, we will eventually become like the island Lesbos in the ancient times of the Greeks.
A world of women only.

Some men might oppose this.
No problem.
Nature has a second ideal solution for human’s current way of fertilizing.
This solution is called “Hermaphroditism”.
The animal is having both male and female reproductive organs.
And simply does the job during a quiet moment by itself.
It can get pregnant without a friend and deliver a healthy baby.

For us it would mean to accept and develop the opposite side within ourselves.
Every man should become more of a woman.
And every woman should become more of a man.

This will take more than 6 days.

Crowns of creation kissing.

Some subjects published here result in everybody going their way as if nothing happened.
But once in a while a subject makes people send e-mails with comments, praise, criticism, hate and love.
Yesterday, the posting “Re-designing the body” was such a trigger.

Many people asked why no redesigning was suggested for the way human beings reproduce.
The reason is because it takes several postings to explain that part of the inferiority of our physical design.

Let’s start in a calm way.

Kissing.


Which comes in two varieties.
There is the kissing on the cheeks that seems to happen between family members and good friends.
A very unhygienic activity.
Many cheeks are powdered or covered by a range of beauty products.
Or the cheeks are soaked in after-shave lotion.
In case of men that is.
And sometimes a layer of artificial suntan is applied to the cheeks.

As a result the lips touch these products not made for human consumption.
Residue clings to the lips and when the kissing person later moisturizes the own lips with the tongue, those dangerous chemicals unfortunately get into the body.

This, until now, we ignore because few people are aware of this serious problem.
It should become a major campaign issue for the World Health Organization to promote the banning of kissing on the cheeks.

People who like the games of sadomasochism have sometimes as an activity that excites them licking the leather boots of the cruel mistress.
Everybody knows this is not a healthy thing to do.
So why do we ignore the dangers of cheek kissing?

Some people have understood the dangers of cheek kissing for a long time.
Our friends the Eskimos.
As many fervent and loyal blog readers will know Eskimos do not kiss.
As a demonstration of affection they rub their noses after first having blown them in a clean handkerchief.
Now, that makes sense.


Even more dangerous and life threatening is a habit mainly practiced in Europe and the USA.
This is the kissing on the lips that occasionally may open so that both protagonists can touch their tongues.


This is an activity that, as far as this expert knows, doesn’t necessarily occur between family and friends.
More likely this most dangerous activity can be found among white, well to do people that feel passion for each other.


Or in case one of the two wants some material gain the other one potentially could give.



The mouth is a part of the body that serves not only as an entrance, but also as an exit.
Through it is a lot of traffic.
Fluids and food go in.
Words come out.
Polluted air goes in.
Bad breath comes out.
It is a place that witnesses passing by things like French fries and vomit.

Every dentist can explain that the mouth is a place housing millions of bacteria’s.
Besides bacteria’s, we also find gingivitis, germs and plaque needing washing the mouth three times a day with a product like Listerine that has to contain 21.6 % alcohol to do effectively the fighting and killing of all those aliens illegally living in that cavern.

It is true: the mouth is a horrible place.
Nobody would like to live there.
And it is this mouth, in which the tongue is hanging out, that is used to concrete affection.
It is estimated by scientists that each kiss on the lips involving touching tongues is responsible for a transfer of over 636 million bacteria.

Why do we kiss in this unhealthy and life threatening way?

It is a tradition.
A habit.
Promoted by Hollywood films in a shameless way while experts know that these actors and actresses only pretend they kiss.
No actress ever felt Tom Cruise’s tongue.
That is a privilege he reserves for his boyfriend only.



Earlier we discovered how Eskimo’s are much more clever than we are.
The same goes for kissing on the lips including potentially using the option of the tongue touching activity.
There are many people in the world who never kiss in this idiotic way.
Like the Shona.
A people mainly living in Zimbabwe, Africa.
They never kiss.
This makes sense.
Before we eat we wash our hands, except in a McDonald’s, but we do not clean and disinfect the mouth when having a romantic date.
It is life extending not to kiss at all.
Rub noses instead.
Touch breasts and balls.
But stay away from his mouth.

Tomorrow we will shine a sharp light on another flaw of the design of the human body.
The fact we have to use our genitals to reproduce.

Re-designing the body.

Currently there are three projects on their way concerning the Fuso Szulc expedition vehicle.

• The metal areas of the camper box showing rust are re-painted.
• The way the solar panels are wired is going to be improved.
• The shock absorbers are going to be changed for Bilsteins.

Having an expedition vehicle is a constant presence like a child.
It asks attention almost all the time.

Besides the daily attention, the mind also frequently is imagining how the expedition vehicle could be improved.
What could be made better a next time.

This concerns more technical aspects.
The floor plan as exists now could not be improved.

Yesterday the thought flashed through the mind that imagining how to improve the Fuso Szulc could also be applied to the human body.
The question as a mind teaser: can the body be improved?



In this case it doesn’t matter whether the body is the result of creation or evolution.
With the knowledge and power of imagination we have now, we could picture the body better and more practical.

One flaw the body has is that it has not a back-up system like airplanes have.


If a human being gets a heart attack, no organ can take over the work of the heart.
We do not have an extra pump built in to circulate the blood.
Although that would be really handy.
Like a hybrid car.

Another flaw is the sewage system.




What a bad idea to have human beings carry a bladder that frequently needs emptying.
Why can’t we get rid of extra fluids through transpiring, sweating and crying only?

Talking about sweating and transpiring, in nature are flowers that used creation or evolution to obtain the power to release the most delicate smells.
Like jasmine.
Human beings should achieve this also.
That heavy sweating results in the most delicate and delicious odours surrounding that person.
That one may think, hmmmm, smells like jasmine flowers here, but that it is just a runner passing by.

Unfortunate are also our fingers and toes.
They come in 10’s only and of a limited length.
There are many jobs that would be so much easier if we simply had more than 10 fingers.


Our physical stability would improve tremendously if we had, let’s say, 20 toes.


And what about length.
Many activities need in fact longer fingers.
Not only scratching the own back but also pointing to things.
The longer the finger, the more clear the indication will be.
More fingers and toes have the disadvantage of more nails to cut, but that is a low price to pay.
And of course we need to buy new shoes and gloves.

Like a camper and motor home, the human body could be improved, although we don’t consider Steve from Lazy Daze to be God.

Become orgasmic

A few days ago the FDA, the Food and Drug Administration, made an important decision.
It gave the green light for milk and meat coming from cloned animals to be marketed to the consumers.
Without the obligation for the marketing and distributing producers to label their products as such.
This means that an innocent consumer buying cheese in the supermarket or a hamburger in a hamburger joint will not know if the milk or the meat are from cloned animals.

It is very unlikely though that soon products will be marketed from cloned animals.
To clone an animal is a very expensive procedure.
Many animals cloned die shortly after birth.
There are worldwide not more than 600 cloned animals that survived.
Only a few companies are involved in this technique of reproducing artificial animals.

The idea of those companies is not to grow cloned animals in great numbers.
What they want is for example to copy a bull with excellent sperm or copy a high milk-producing cow.

Nevertheless, in spite of this situation, the FDA has been busy testing meat, milk and milk products coming from cloned animals to find out if it is OK for us.
One way of doing this was to have animals eat cloned food for 3 months.
The animals were tested and nothing unusual was found.
Any intelligent person would never eat cloned food if it was tested in that amateurish way.

But it is officially approved now.
And we have no idea if the food we buy is from cloned animals or not.
It will not be indicated on the label.

There was a voluntary moratorium agreed by the companies that clone not to introduce products from cloned animals into the food chain.
But as of the FDA’s decision, they can forget about that moratorium.
This in case that voluntary moratorium had any value to begin with.

This blog also has readers in Europe.
They might be laughing now for the decision of the FDA.
However, better stop laughing.
Last week, the European Food Safety Authority also OK’ed products from cloned animals.

No information on the label of a food product also goes for genetically manipulated and herbicide treated products.
Difference with products from cloned animals is that products like soy, corn, potato and dairy products are in most cases all genetically manipulated and treated with herbicides.
This can have serious consequences for a person’s health.
Especially children.

Each person must bring oneself to a moment of reflection.
To seriously ask oneself what is the food bought and eaten.
To contemplate if one really wants to eat food that is genetically manipulated.
Food that has been treated with herbicides that remain in the products and come into the body.
Or food that is coming from cloned animals.

If the answer is that a person thinking in a balanced and intelligent way does not want to consume that kind of food products, immediately a next question pops up.
If it is not indicated on the label of the food product, what can we do?

First of all one must understand why the Government allows companies the freedom to genetically manipulate and spray insecticides and herbicides without letting the consumers know.
The Government is more pro business than pro consumers.
The Government prefers to defend the interests of companies, not the interests of the people.
The Government justifies the donations they got from companies during elections and ignore the votes they got from the people.
That is the hard and uncomfortable truth.

What can we do?
Are we victims?
Do we need to suffer?
Are we helpless and hopeless?

Dear fervent and loyal blog readers, we are not.
There is something we can do that has two tremendous benefits.

This is what we can do:

always and only buy organic products.

They are widely available.

The first benefit of only buying and consuming organic products is that it is the best for the health.
Second benefit is that companies will remark the shift in consumer preference.
If too few people want a hamburger from a cloned animal, genetically manipulated and sprayed with herbicides, they will stop making them.
More and more organic food will become available and prices will go down.

Go organic.
Be organic.
To become orgasmic.

Dr. Moreau is coming!

Stem cells, as many fervent and loyal blog readers will know, are the very early cells that can develop into almost all other types of cell and tissue.
They occur in the early (five-day) embryo when it is a tiny ball of about 100 cells before it implants in the uterus.
They also occur in significant numbers in some tissues in the developing foetus and in umbilical cord blood at birth.
They can also be found in some adult tissue, e.g. bone marrow, but they can be difficult to isolate, being present in very small numbers.

In the United Kingdom last week, Parliament allowed scientists to go ahead with therapeutic cloning.
To use stem cells to generate new human tissues.

This opens the way to clone a human being.
Like has been done with sheep and other animals.
The only way this is stopped is the control of the Government.
In Britain, it is a crime to create a human embryo outside the body without a license from a Government agency, and officials have made it clear they will not issue one for human cloning.

The scientists in the UK already have announced they will use DNA from animals to mix with human stem cells to make human tissue and organs.

One thing is to get for example a new liver that resembles more one like a pig has.
If it works, it works and as long as the person is not starting to act like a pig, what is the problem?


We will see in the future availability of organs, slowing down and maybe healing of diseases like Alzheimer and Parkinson, thanks to a combination of animal and human stem cells.

The other thing is that this technique can potentially eventually result in the possibility of the cloning of a human being.
A person identical to one already there.

History has learned that what technique makes possible, people somewhere somehow will actually do.
A Government can make a law that it is not allowed, but if economical, personal or political gains can be made, it will happen never the less.

One of the most beloved writers is H.G.Wells.
He was English and lived from 1866 till 1946.


A visionary man who has been writing amazing stories.
One of them is called “The island of Dr. Moreau”.
Made into a film by John Frankenheimer in 1996 with Marlon Brando playing Dr. Moreau.
It is the story of a man who is rescued from a boat accident and brought to an island.
Where he discovers that a doctor is experimenting with cloning and DNA.
Dr. Moreau has managed to make beings that are half human, and half animal.
The issue is of course how to keep those creatures under control.
Obviously this is the thing that fails and the creatures turn against their makers.

The idea H.G. Wells had for the book is founded on a wisdom many people know for centuries.
They know because they see it happen all around them.
When human beings turn against nature, there are always serious repercussions.
Human beings are supposed to live in harmony with nature.
But they don’t.
They try to become the masters of nature.
And this is simply impossible.
Every effort eventually results in disaster, suffering and defeat.

Always humans have secondary reasons to interfere in nature.
They burn down forests to have more agricultural land.
Until it turns out that the disappeared forests were playing an important role in the CO2 conditions of the planet.
They pump up oil to use it in a way that temporarily improves lives of some of the population devastating the environment leaving but havoc for the future.
Concerning health this is also exactly very much the matter.
People refuse to accept that it is only natural to die.
They try to postpone and avoid it.

However, it makes sense of course to develop medical techniques to halt suffering.
Although one would think that this effort becomes only relevant after diseases like malaria are wiped out first.
After we have improved the following facts:

• Each year, more than 8 million people around the world die because they are too poor to stay alive.
• Over 1 billion people—1 in 6 people around the world—live in extreme poverty, defined as living on less than $1 a day.
• More than 800 million go hungry each day.
• Over 100 million primary school-age children cannot go to school.

But these facts are not stopping the developed countries to pour millions in medical research for the well to do.
With the result that now in the United Kingdom the Government has opened the doors to have cloning get out of control.
As expected, Dr. Moreau will soon be born and busy again.
