Join the void.

When in a situation where hardly anything happens,

where one is all by oneself,

in peace and harmony,

a void opens.

This void is not emptiness.

It is a welcoming and safe space for every movement of the mind and the heart to enter.
To show itself as it is.

Without being chastised, criticized, classified or ridiculed.
Without being praised, valued or glorified.

The movement of the heart or the mind appears on the stage in the void and simply is there.
Disconnected from emotional responses.
It simply is.

Therefore, these days, memories are there of forgotten times.

They are not sweet.
They are not painful.
They are.
Like the waves of the ocean.
